Services
The Perch project is a 59 unit mixed use building we completed on October of 2018 in Eagle Rock, Ca. It has a two level podium deck containing all of the parking for the apartments. Two retail spaces are located at the street level that will be built out in. Located in the Arroyo in an upcoming neighborhood in Highland Park L&V has recently finished a four unit small lot subdivision.
