Dale stole our money and left us having to start all over again for a simple hillside repair. What a waste of time and huge disappointment!!

Overall excellent.
Jim was very thorough, he came back after the initial assessment because he wanted to double-make sure we were going to perform the correct and neccessary repairs. These guys are also super on time, never showed up late or they let me know way in advance. It was easy to get a hold of them with some special requests I had on my side.
Angel and his team were awesome too, good communicators and they didn't leave a mess at the construction site.

I called LA Structural with a time-sensitive situation regarding my home and luckily Dale was available and took the time to understand what I needed and refer me to the right person. Most people will not take the time to consult. He was so helpful. He even reached out to that contact ahead of time so he knew that I would be calling and also know that it was urgent. Jim came out regarding some areas we were concerned about. he was wonderful and knowledgeable. Really took the time to listen and evaluate.
