Couldn't ask for a better apartment to live at! Amazing layout, wonderful parking, and great central location. Anytime we have an issue (for example a gas leak), the maintenance man was available to help us after midnight and had a new oven delivered the next day. They take every request very seriously and wont accept anything less. Great price. You won't regret living here!

Great location! The maintenance man is always so fast and so willing to help with whatever we need. The office are very easy to work with and honest. If you're looking for a place for a small family or just a couple I totally recommend!

1. After we paid our first month's rent, they emailed me and said we paid $25 less than what we owed. I sent them a photo of the lease agreement proving our actual rental rate.
2. Two months in, they told us we needed to re-sign our rental agreement because it was ending. I responded telling them to look at the rental agreement again.
3. The windows' seals were broken, mold in the bathroom, the front door is made basically out of plywood, and to top it all off, our oven must have been from the 1970s and burned my wife when she

I cannot say enough positive things about Legacy. They were a pleasure to work with, very attentive and quick to fix/solve issues properly. Very honest. They work so hard to keep rent low even though they could easily charge more than they do. They were extremely accommodating as we were getting ready to move in to our house and kept needing extensions. They were very kind and generous. Thank you Marc and the rest of the Legacy/Northview staff for an amazing 8 and a half years!
