Home has been upgraded to allow either electric or gas dryer (in-bathroom hookups). Flooring in Living room is laminate wood, linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom, and carpeted in the bedrooms.

Nice neighbors , terrible building they don't take care of it the maintenance crew is absent one of the stairs falling for 2 years now and they just have orange cones so people are careful. The carpet is the same for last 12 years its gross and dirty. The pool in the summer is horrible and the outside restroom even worst. The hoa fees keep going up and the building down.
