Scott Joly is without a doubt the most trustworthy Property Manager I have every dealt with in Santa Cruz. He does things by the book and I never felt once like he was going to cheat me (this is a true rarity in Property Managers in Santa Cruz). I only moved from one of his properties because I bought a house. However, if I had to rent in Santa Cruz I would check in with Scott first to see if there was a good fit.

We heard about Scott through Veteran's United, and couldn't be happier. He has been responsive, helpful, and highly professional.
