What pet insurance options do you accept?
We work with all major pet insurance providers including Trupanion, Nationwide, and Petco Insurance. Payment is required at service with insurance reimbursement afterward.
Can I schedule a video visit for any pet issue?
Video visits work best for minor concerns like post-op checks, skin irritations, or behavioral questions. Patients must have had an in-person exam within the last 12 months.
How do your wellness plans work?
Our wellness plans spread annual care costs into monthly payments covering vaccines, lab tests, and preventive treatments. Plans must be paid in full before starting new client services.
Do you provide care for exotic pets?
While we specialize in cats and dogs, our network includes referrals for exotic animal specialists. Please call for specific exotic pet care arrangements.
What happens during a dental cleaning procedure?
Dental cleanings require general anesthesia. We monitor vital signs continuously, scale above and below the gum line, polish teeth, and apply fluoride treatment for optimal oral health.

We took our cat in for a second opinion on a treatment plan for her asthma a few weeks ago. We were excited to have found a "cat only" clinic and read all the good reviews but unfortunately our experience was not good at all. There was a long wait before we got to see the doctor, and doctor Camillya was not interested when we mentioned twice that we had videos of our cat coughing and how it changed recently. We did get an X-ray done and confirmed that she did have asthma, but even though we mentioned that the inhaler didn't seem to help at all, the doctor still said using the inhaler would help

I dont write reviews, I know people say that, but I really dont. I just sent this text to my friend, and Im just gonna paste it here like a review: Okay, girl, listen to me. You need to bring your cat to this vet. I know the rescue pays for medical care for your fosters, but bring Maria to this vet. They were INCREDIBLE. They had cat trees and toys in the rooms. They had a SCRIBE, so the vet could give you their full attention. To top it off, they arent expensive at all for the quality of care. Where I used to go that my mom still goes was more pricey for similar car. Where Ive been

When you are at Tiger Tails, you know you're getting the best care. I had to put my kitty down yesterday. As hard as it was, Dr Zack was so great. Who else should be the one to compassionately start her on her journey to heaven.

They are too busy to handle their current customers in a timely manner. Despite signing up for their puppy care program, they are delaying spay appointment for long past my puppy’s time as they take care of adoption dogs.

We were just in the midst of a move and I was majorly stressed about how to handle our outdoor cat during the transition. Tiger Tails cat boarding was recommended by our vet and it was the best part of our move! They were able to take her a day early when a few moving plans changed and they also were able to keep her a day more when we had some… change of plans. Their staff was SO friendly and helpful and really just made me feel at ease through everything. I told the girl who checked us in that she was literally the best part of my day that day. :) Thank you to Tiger Tails for being amazing
