Our name comes from Peachtree Creek which flows through Atlanta and is only a short walk away for our hospital. We are proud supporters of the Peachtree Creek Greenway Project!

Our hospital is open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. No! Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital is proud to be an independently owned and operated small business. We recommend spaying or neutering be done at approximately 6 months of age though it may vary depending on your pet's breed.

Once the form is submitted, please return and click "BOOK AN APPOINTMENT". All payments are due at the time services are rendered. Accepted forms of payment are credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Cash, and Care Credit. We do not accept checks.
