What are your operating hours?
We're open Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm and every other Saturday 8am-12pm. Closed Sundays except for emergency referrals.
Do you handle pet emergencies?
Yes, we treat emergencies during regular hours. After-hours cases receive referrals to local emergency clinics with our staff providing medical history transfer.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept Care Credit financing, major credit cards, and cash payments for all veterinary services and medications.

How do prescription refills work?
Call before 10am for same-day pickup after 3pm. Requests after 10am Monday-Thursday require 24 hours processing. Friday/Saturday requests complete on Monday.

After spending Christmas eve at Long Animal Hospital ER, I wasn't confident with the diagnosis. Turns out I wasted $268. Not even 48 hours later, I get a TRUE diagnosis with appropriate treatment. I've been coming to Mallard Creek Animal Hospital and LOVE the doctors and service. Thank you for taking care of my babies!
