At sledge this is one of the pillars. We think training your body is very important. Within that we concentrate on more than just throwing some weight around. We want to help you move to the best of your ability. We put you through screening and test to see what we need to work on then we start with everything else.

Our trainers are all certified and specialize in making you better. But we also know that you have to want this and be ready to do it and we will keep you on track. We understand that there is no cookie cutter way to get you to your goals and also understand that everyone is unique. We also understand the importance of eating right.

John Drury is an accomplished athletic trainer. With a background in Human Performance and Wellness from Colorado Mesa University, John is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as both a Performance Enhancement Specialist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. In addition, John holds a certificate for TRX group training and FMS.
Laser Therapy is clinically proven as an effective treatment for pain and inflammation. Able to penetrate to deep tissue structures, it has the ability to treat a wide variety of both acute and chronic conditions. Over 50 Professional and collegiate athletic teams use LightForce Therapy Lasers. LightForce is the exclusive laser therapy partner of the University of Florida Gators.
In 2014 my journey brought me to Colorado where I began to understand the importance of living a life of health and happiness. I strive to provide each individual the highest quality-customizable massage. By creating a healing space that allows for serenity, this allows room for growth and positive impact within all aspects the individuals wellness.
Focuses on creating competition-level muscular endurance by using strategically timed intervals. Develop ideal form and technique by cross training all important core muscles. A strength-focused class based on reps, tempo and form. Body Blast engages all your muscles with 60 minutes of non-stop TRX training, all while pump-up music plays to help you power through this grueling hour.
At Sledge fitness we believe in a teamwork approach. While we understand it is up to the individual to be responsible for their individual goals. We also believe with a good team behind you that it will only make you stronger. This is why we sometimes train together, run races together, and go on field trips to places near and far to keep it fresh.
