During this time I realized I was covering up a deep depression, and began meditating to cope and heal. I obtained a masters degree in Design and returned to the states a few years later, on a quest to find higher purpose. The healing path chose me, as sometimes our pain becomes our purpose.

Taking a deep dive into the world of the Healing Arts, I sought wisdom from spiritual teachers and nature, attended educational workshops/courses, and immersed myself in meditation; re-opening my intuitive gifts and clairsenses, gifts I had pushed away for most of my adult life.I moved to Austin and discovered the art of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki.

Discovery and compassion are always at the forefront of our session. Blending Eastern and Western practices, I love helping people drop into their bodies and out of their minds. Everyone's needs are different, and my goal is to hone in on your unique anatomical structure, getting to the root of your tension or pain.

Reiki is an energetic practice involving the channeling and delivery of universal life force energy, an animate energy found everywhere and all around us. The word Reiki literally translates to "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki promotes deep healing, stress reduction and relaxation. As an energetic practice that does not require touch, Reiki is a practical and peaceful way to work through blocks and stagnant energetic buildup.

Everything in the Universe is electromagnetic energy vibrating at different frequencies, including our bodies. Sound baths harness the power of sound waves to normalize imbalances and synchronize our cell's frequencies back to their healthy state of vibrational resonance. This is a transformative healing experience for those seeking deep relaxation and energetic integration.
