Exceed Martial Arts
Our Little Dragons program introduces young children to basic Martial Arts concepts in preparation for promotion to our Kids classes. The Little Dragons curriculum focuses on enhancing social skills, attention span, concentration, self-discipline, self-awareness, balance, and coordination. Teens classes teach advanced concepts of Taekwondo, as well as safety and self-defense training.

No one ever "sits on the bench." Teens classes build self-esteem and a positive attitude during the important formative years, as well as long-lasting friendships and leadership skills. Our Taekwondo program is success-oriented. We will work with you to achieve your goals. Whether it's being in the best physical shape of your life, or providing you with the self-confidence of knowing how to defend yourself in a life threatening situation.

EXCEED's kid's classes are age and belt specific, as to ensure each student is getting the best possible teaching needed. Ensuring all student can learn at their own pace, while at the same time being nudged to put forth their best efforts from those a bit higher in rank and age, as well as those a bit lower in rank and age.
Teens Program
