At Optimum Care Counseling and Wellness Servicices, or OCCWS, our staff of trained professionals will provide a safe and comfortable environment for our clients in which to explore their feelings, thoughts, and emotions about their struggles--relationships, poor self esteem, feelings of sadness or hopelessness, life obstacles, addiction, grief, illness--as well as any other problems, internal or external.

Collaborate with the client's treatment team to develop an individualized treatment plan using empirically-validated interventions. Track behavioral progress and make data-driven modifications as needed. Perform other related duties such as staff training, participating in team meetings, etc. Must have reliable transportation and willingness to work in homes, schools and/or communities of individuals living in Lehigh and/or Berks County.
