Berks Counseling Center is a PA Integrated Community Wellness Center (ICWC) and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) providing high quality, comprehensive, coordinated care utilizing evidence-based practices. BCC accepts referrals and admissions for services without regard to race, sex, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), ancestry, religious creed, disability, or age.
Each patient is served by a multidisciplinary care team that focuses on treatment of the whole person. This includes addressing the social determinants of health and physical health and wellness as well as behavioral health needs. Services are available at our main clinic location, at satellite locations, in home, in community and virtually.

When making a referral, it is greatly appreciated if you are able to provide BCC with the information below. If patient is currently receiving inpatient services, please also provide discharge paperwork OR most recent psych evaluation by faxing to our confidential number at 610.373.3779. Thank you for trusting us to work with your patients in continuing their progress on the road to recovery.

Following evaluation, each client receives an integrated, recovery focused treatment plan based uniquely on their specific needs. All clients are supported by a team of caring professionals including counselors, psychiatrists, medical professionals, health coaches and peers. When you come to BCC you will receive a copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices.
