Samantha Smith Dickinson, Owner of The Smith Law Offices, graduated with Honors from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology in 2005 and with a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law in 2008. Samantha began her legal career, while in law school, working with an esteemed Plaintiff's Personal Injury attorney in Detroit, Jon Garrett.
Betsy Geyer Sedore

Betsy Geyer Sedore joined The Smith Law Offices, P.C., in April of 2019. As an Associate Attorney, she brings over 16 years of litigation experience to the firm, having served as an Assistant Prosecutor in both Wayne County and Livingston County, Michigan. For the previous two years, she prosecuted cases for the Wayne County Sexual Assault Kit Task Force in Detroit, Michigan.

Kira Damusis Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Central Michigan University in 2008, with a Bachelor of Science, where she majored in English Literature and minored in Legal Studies. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University Detroit College of Law in 2011. While attending law school, she dedicated herself to working as a Senior Law Clerk for the Mid-America Pension Rights Project, a division of Elder Law of Michigan.
