I just want to say this is a wonderful place to call home in the heart of Edmond! Brittny the property manager is the best one we've had in YEARS! If you have a problem she will take care of the issue without any push back. I am so thankful to have found this little piece of heaven. The maintenance guys Mike and Matt are incredible hardworking and no job is too big for them and they do it without complaining. They recently got a new grounds keeper and he is phenomenal with keeping the place nice and tiddy. For the location of these apartments(close to Walmart and all the shopping and take out food

My patio door shattered and I reported it to Brittny (office manager). She was super nice and prompt with getting it repaired. She kept me informed on the process frequently and followed up when the repair was completed. Brittny, Mike and Matt are amazing!!!

So much to say I don't even know where to start be careful backstabbing people they fire people left and right nothing ever gets done I lived there for over a year and still was waiting for things to get done and that was on my move-in list now they want to charge me $1,500 after I moved out what a joke hopefully the owner sees that and realize is that the new Leasing Company he got lies to him.. I loved my home even with hole in the cieling and windows that needed weather stripping done again the garage door that have been broken never locked air vents that need covering the AC units that

The maintenance technicians were fast, efficient, and punctual in the repair of my bathtub knobs! It took them less than an hour heck maybe even 45 minutes! Very exceptional workers, and I am very thankful for your help!

I spoke to the manager, great person! They sure do know what they are doing over there! I have some friends that live here and every time i come over, nothing but positivity from the office management and other residents
