My sister lives here and every time I come visit her upstairs neighbors are having a party till 4am! I doubt they even sleep bc the next morning they were still awake! Her other upstairs neighbor is constantly fighting with her bf and busts out windows and car windows but it seems like the manager doesn't give two s@$ts about what it going on. This place is trashy and has trashy people living here.... I wouldn't reccomend living here.

There was standing water in my bathroom floor that smelt like sewage and I called the landlord, she sent the maintenance man out and he cleaned it up and said there wasnt anything wrong and to call the office if it happened again. About a week later I noticed my daughters closet was soaked. All the stuff on the floor in her closet had to be thrown away because it got destroyed and had mold on it. We left because it isnt safe to have a toddler ( shes 1 ) there and not to mention Im 9 months pregnant ( my c section is scheduled in 2 weeks ) the landlord told me that I can stay in the

Not a bad place to live. Except for upstairs neighbors who are loud. Drunk alot throwing up on stairs has a dog in the apt but thats just above me. Others neighbors are reasonably quiet.
