I called on a Friday afternoon looking for any availability to groom my cat before the holidays, and East Bay Animal Hospital was the only one around that had an opening before.
Sophia was amazing and took great care of my baby. Called me after she did an initial evaluation with a game plan for approval and got to work. I picked my baby up looking amazing and smelling great with a cute little bandana on! I will only be getting her groomed here moving forward.

Do not trust this business! My elderly father had arranged to board his dog here while on a trip. On the day he had arranged to drop her off, there was nobody at the business and nobody answering the phone. He tried for several hours before realizing he was gonna need a plan B. Fortunately we were able to find another place that would take her on short notice. But not after experiencing a great deal of anxiety and frustration. If this is the way they run their business, I can only imagine the (lack of) care your pet would receive here.

My dog Stella had suddenly started having super red paws and jowls and was clearly in pain. I called the vet she had been going to and they declined to see her for a week but said they would give me some pills and that should do it. I called East Bay and they showed genuine concern and got her in ASAP. They did a blood test which the other vet never offered. Found out what she was allergic too and immediatly started a treatment. I felt as though they cared about my pet as much as I do. Very happy with the results.
