I do not bill health insurance companies but will provide a detailed receipt including diagnostic and procedural codes for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement depending on your health care coverage. By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without proper notification.

Oregon law requires motor vehicle insurance companies to provide Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage on all policies. PIP includes coverage for any "reasonable and necessary" medical expenses related to motor vehicle collision injuries. A parent or primary caregiver must be present, in a state of receptivity and engaged in the appointment. Pediatric massage is similar in some ways to adult massage, as the heath benefits and power of touch can be profound.
