This is a preliminary, and completely premature review as I’ve not spoken with or even seen the community in person, but after reading the reviews and seeing first hand the management involvement in the discussions, not only the positive but negative too with the upmost professionalism. Being as it’s only a 9 minute drive to and from work…. I did my application and holding deposit sight unseen! I’ll surely follow up with my personal experiences! Here’s hoping it’s a gleaming 5 star after a couple months ;)

We just moved in the beginning of November and so far everything is great here. The staff is nice, the maintenance is quick response and get on to the work pretty well. It’s always clean outside and I don’t really hear much of any noise from neighbors. And idk what everyone is talking about there being no parking spots we always seem to find space. Covered are assigned and uncovered are not! I recommend this place!

Staff made moving from out of state, during a pandemic no less, a very easy and straightforward process.
Rent may be a little more than other offerings, but considering (two bedroom unit) the two full bathrooms. The spacious and open layout of the unit. The cleanliness and well kept property. The proximity to anything you could ever need, it's money well spent. Not to mention it's a gated complex.
So far I'm VERY happy with my decision to call The Club At Coldwater Springs my new home in Arizona. Thank you Deshaunia for your great service and assistance!

I have lived here for almost 4 years and have no complaints, I have definitely enjoyed living here, it’s very quiet, clean apartment complex, I have never had any issues, the price is extremely competitive compared to others .. and you really get your money’s worth this place is really spacious , vaulted ceilings , full size washer and dryer. The front office ladies are very attentive and super nice. Has a nice golf course across the apartments, Just an overall great community!

Do not move here the office staff is a bunch of fraudulent infividuals. We have been paying extra every year for the past 3 years . And we should have credit,but we dont. 30 timed 36 is 1200 . That should be are credit. Not too mention 800 extra we gave a few months ago because the staff decided to hold our money orders for a month and let the late fee accumulate. Then to come to find out . She never turned them in. What the he'll happen to it.

Staff was blocking the road with their truck in the middle and then stopped as I pulled around her she then proceeded to CHASE ME as I left the apartment and swerved into the other lane to pull in front of me and then pressed the brakes almost causing an accident. I then found out 2 staffs were chasing me and driving dangerously almost causing accidents in the middle of a public road. I tried to drive off and the staff TRIES TO OPEN MY DOOR TO MY CAR. Those 2 staff should not be working here nor living here if thats how they act. I didn't violate any rules going around someone who is just blocking

I feel this was the best apartments I stayed at. The ladies where always reasonable and understanding. Never had a problem with maintenance, they always came quickly. Just wish I could of renewed my lease with them because the apartments I stay at now is like a nightmare. Disregard the negative comments u see every apartments is going to have their flaws, u will enjoy this place.

I loved my apartment at the club I had a 1Bx1R and it was so perfect for me. Ashley was always helping me with any problems I had. Never had any problems with bugs and If I did they offer free pest control. They offered us a promise to pay which lets give you give half of rent then pay the rest by the day you need . Maintenance is on top of stuff. The washer and dryer inside the unit is amazing. The water is flat rate of only $40 so you can use more and not get charged more. The Holding fee is $100. Cons : The landscapers are there bright and early with their loud leaf blowers. The club house

I don't know why there such negative reviews.. The management here is actually incredibly friendly and helpful. Tezra and Ashley are always pleasant and tentative to any requests. The only downside is how ghetto the residents can be, but management can't control that however I applaud them for doing their best. I like it here!

This place is a joke, I sit nightly and watch the police traffic in and out. And it has a huge problem with bullying among the tenants children, which now has escalated to a father of a bullied child, simply defending his son, beaten and stabbed. They need to better screen the tenants, and the company they keep. If you rent to trouble, you can figure that's what you will get. They advertise pleasant peace at the club , far from it. I live across from the place and it is by far not peaceful.

The BEST apartment complex I have ever lived in, by far!!! moved out feb of '15, but trying to see if there is another available apt for me to come home to! The staff is very professional and the most friendly to their residents i've ever known. All requests i had, no matter how tough, were handled right away, always! Clean, well maintained apartments, and i would recommend this place to everyone in need of an apartment that really feels like home!

If you rent here, make sure you have a checking account that doesn't charge you for cashier's checks to ensure that your rent check is credited on time. If you want to pay your rent online they charge almost $30.00 for a service fee. If you send it in the mail, to ensure they recieved it (because they have lost it in the past on employees desks), you need to send it delivery confirmation. So unless you physically bring in the check, you will have to pay in order to pay your rent, which I think is absolutely ridiculous! So yes, it says they accept credit cards, however they charge you
