Terrible experience here, lived here for 1 year and had problems the entire time. Had a major problem with staff because the door to my apartment was heavy and when let go freely it was close hard. Got constant complaining of me slamming doors when I had no control over it. Staff did not understand that was causing the problem and insisted I was slamming them. Also had a major problem with parking, was told that we are allowed to park in the front by the office after hours. I woke up the next morning and they towed my car and none of the staff could figure out why. Would not recommend living here

I lived at Aldea from 2013-2020. I had a great experience the entire time. The staff is always friendly and went above and beyond to make my son and I feel like family while living there. The maintenance too is very friendly and very efficient with any issues, which were alwats fixed quickly... I’m a single mother and felt safe living there for 7 years. The grounds are always maintained and clean. Barbecues throughout. The pool area is a resort style feeling with palm trees, barbecues, cleaned often, and open 24 hours. The apartment homes are up to date and I loved having a split floor plan.

I'm coming up to my 1 year living here at the Aldea and I have not had any problems, the staff in front are very nice including the maintenance guys, they are always quick to fix something if it goes out. Pool is very nice I love that it is 24 hours, on the weekend it is nice to chill at the pool past 9pm. I really enjoy the food trucks that come every Thursday follow with the Programs that they have been doing as of August.. ( Study Hall, Birthday Club, Mini Bark bags, Treat Trolley, and Admit One)

I have been living at Aldea since the end of August, 2018. I find the office staff to be very accommodating and I truly appreciate all the events they organize for the tenants. I am very happy with how the maintenance staff takes care of any issues in a very timely manner. They are all so kind, and courteous. I hope they know how appreciated they are.
I am happy I chose Aldea at Estrella Falls for my residence.

I have lived here 2 years so far. As far as the community goes, it is nice. Not too many complaints. I wanted to leave a review because within the two years I have lived here, I haven't had any major problems...until now. My AC went out on a weekend day and I thought I was screwed. Luckily the maintenance guy Mario was able to come over and get it handled. He was professional and got to my place quick. The girls in the office are always to friendly and inviting. They are on top of their stuff and the grounds are clean. If you are looking in the area, I'd recommend checking it out. The rent prices

The actual staff in the office are very friendly and helpful, and the community is nice, but the new management (PEM) is awful. We are now charged $3.00 to pay rent online through their new website, which does not allow you to set up auto payment with the exact amount owed because it does not calculate it for you. The amount you owe will also not be available online until the 1st of the month - when it is due - so you can't even set up a future payment unless you want to overpay and have a credit on your account.

1st month living here. They are great from the start. We needed a few small maintenance things done and we put in for a request and got the service right away. 24hr pool and gym very convenient. Complex is well maintained. Some people may think its a little too pricy BUT well worth it. Aldea at Estrella Falls is a great team. Keep up the good work.
