I like in the back by the lake and play ground very loud and noisy neighbors next door. They have karaoke a few times a week ridiculously loud after 12am. The up stairs family argue and fight next to my kids window during the night. This is the third family third tenants that have lived here and they are all loud. Can’t wait to move.

We are thrilled to call Bell Coconut Creek home! Our apartment is spacious and we love having amenities like the gym, pool, and gate on property. Josie was instrumental during our application process, and has been polite and professional throughout our time here.
