Me and my sister live here and our cars got booted TWICE because the office forgot to give everyone in the apartment a resident sticker its probably easier to just park at walmart across the street and walk back because at least there you know you wont wake up to your tires locked.

I have been here for almost a year... My first apartment, and I couldn't be happier. I love the location, the complex, the environment and the staff. They made a couple changes which at first I was worried about but as time went one.. I loved where I lived even more.

You do not want to stay here, internal problems with Parking(getting booted), Toilet, Water, A/C just looking out maybe in 10 years move here things will be new plus so nosy by main road.

We signed the lease excited about open guest parking whenever! But they recently signed a contract with a parking regulator and now I can pretty much only see my boyfriend only 2 weeks every month because he will get his car booted otherwise. Horrible! We would not have signed a lease here if we knew this would be the case! There has never been an issue with parking spaces as there are plenty, so theyre just trying to collect extra money.
