In 1997, we decided to bring a taste of Italy with a menu built on pizza, pasta, and the classic mains. What sets us apart from other Italian restos is our use of the finest, freshest, preservative-free ingredients.
You won't see any pre-packaged food in our kitchen. Made fresh each day. No tomato paste used. The Dressing? Made from scratch using olive oil, red vinegar, and seasonings whipped into a creamy consistency. Vegetables? Cooked "Al Dente" to retain the nutrients, texture, and natural flavor. Pasta? Our pasta is made from scratch in house!
