I had the worst experience with Maria Achury from Condoideas Realty Group. I was a great tenant that always paid on time and never gave anyone an issue during my rental at the Yachtclub at Portofino. Since day 1 she has been unprofessional to me. At the end of my lease she made me leave on New Years Eve, and not only that, she forced me to exit my apartment before 4pm so she can go home in time for NYE and do the apartment walk through. I was drying the bed sheets to make up the bed for the new tenant that was moving in the morning of 1/1/21 and I paid a cleaner $100 to clean the apartment and

Terrible. The unit was not “ready” till the night before move, making a walk through impossible. Once I moved in I found that the unit was in terrible condition. from dirty walls to all over broken broken finishes, that were supposed to be fixed prior to move in. Staff is unprofessional and incapable to assess issues? They new all issues prior to rental and ignored them. Daniela was also unprofessional and at times impossible to reach and unreasonable. Don’t trust them , make sure you do a walk through and do not move in until all completed. In my opinion these people just want to collect
