We are helping people make healthy lifestyle changes by providing effective and affordable fitness training and nutritional guidance that are both personalized and comprehensive, while at the same time fostering a fun and supportive group dynamic designed to make fitness the best part of your day, everyday.

Bachelor's of Science Degree in Kinesiology- Fitness, Nutrition and Health from San Diego State University. JMP Fitness and Performance was started in 2011 and we have been in our current location within FunctionSmart Physical Therapy since 2013. I have personally worked with hundreds of clients looking to make changes to their fitness and health.

Semi-private Personal Training - whole- body, movement- based training that includes flexibility, mobility, strength and cardio. Custom Training Program - personalized fitness program designed around your goals, your current fitness level and your training experience.
Running Performance

In-person and remote run coaching for masters distance runners - all experience levels and any race goals. Custom training plan delivered on the Training Peaks software platform utilizing GPS and heart rate data. Coach-led personalized strength and conditioning program from our state-of-the-art training facility in Sorrento Valley.
Fitness & Nutrition

Cutting edge online fitness and nutrition coaching for anyone who needs flexibility and affordability, but still wants results. Each program includes joint mobility, power development, full-body strength including core specific exercises, muscle flexibility, and cardio, delivered via the Trainerize app to your phone or tablet.
