After a few years using other insurance agencies for some rental properties, I decided to do some comparison shopping and got some quotes from Carey at Pat Richard Insurance Agency in Saratoga. Carey provided excellent service and got back to me quickly with several options. I made an appointment to see her the next day and she had all the options neatly printed out for me to compare. Being in the Property Management and Real Estate industry it is important to have some general knowledge about property insurance and umbrella policies, but it is more important to have someone to refer my clients to that knows the insurance industry inside and out. Carey with Pat Richard insurance is exactly that person. Carey has a wealth of knowledge and is always available whether there is a claim or just a simple question.
