In my decades of managing property, my philosophy has been to maintain a high level of communication with both owners and tenants. This allows me to maintain the property in its best condition to maximize both the asset value and monthly rent a property can bring in. We have internal repairman available for simple work and preferred venders for more extensive repairs.
