We have lived in a carriage house in this complex since March of this year. The grounds are very well maintained and quiet, the apartments are very nice and we have never had any issues with the office staff or maintenance being anything other than helpful. Every so often the area around the compactor gets messy because residents dont know how to use it. The management is always quick to address the issue. Every so often the gate is broken because residents and non-residents try to barge through the gate instead of using their gate card, remote or calling the resident. The management is always

I am excited to move in to my apartment in January and I must thank Ms.Shelby let me tell you she went ABOVE and BEYOND! I rarely do reviews, but this deserves one. I am so glad I called and personally went up there after to explain my situation and she was glad to help me. I applied at the sister location (Hamilton Station) and was denied for the same exact floor plan this community has just $15 less and I wasnt hoping for a miracle, but that miracle came when Shelby said I qualify for the available apartment. Update: still terrible service from the front desk, gets worse every time I need ANYTHING. I have lived here for a few years now. The apartments are poorly designed. Particularly the HVAC systems, just bad. Only used the pool once. To dirty to want to go back.
Zero service from the front desk. No one is ever there and IF you can get someone on the phone, they refuse to do anything. No one can do anything about the constant barking coming from upstairs. All. Night. Long. I will Not be renewing my lease this year. I can't take it anymore.

Do not move there!! i have had mold growing inside my apartment on my cabinets, my furniture, my clothes, my pictures, etc, and they gave me a $100 gift card and said there was nothing they could do, they do not care about anyones' health or well being!! worst place i have ever lived for the money they charge you!!!

Takes over 2 weeks to replace a part for a dishwasher. They didnt even bother to put the work order in when we first called and asked. Rent is ridiculously high for poor quality apartments. Since November we have had water pressure issues, a bad dryer which could of easily caught on fire and had to be replaced, disposal has stopped working multiple times, good luck getting a garage anywhere remotely close to your actual apartment, this is a gated apartment complex with a gate that never works and that is useless anyways because any person could walk around them so whats the point, the
