Cardio Party-O, Strong Butt, Total Bod, Rhythm Blast, Zumba, Flamenco, and Meditation are all offered in person. There are also dance socials and special events happening. We still offer some online classes via zoom and youtube, too. We are working to keep adding more classes. Thank you for supporting our instructors & the studio!

Floor Polish is your downtown Tucson dance spot in effect since 2016! We offer fun, affordable dance & fitness classes in a wide variety of styles. From Cardio dance, TwerkFUZSION, Zumba, Bachata & Kizomba, to strength and tone classes like Total Bod, Strong Butt, and Strong Start. Our classes are unique and our teachers are friendly.

The Floor Polish studio has an awesome downtown/central location in Tucson. We are just South of Speedway on Stone, close to the University of Arizona. We have 2 studio rooms available for rent hourly. They both share the convenience of our lobby area, private parking lot, wi-fi, and private all-gender restroom.
