We are excited you and your pet have decided to make your new home at BDX at Capital Village! The following guidelines have been established to ensure a smooth transition into your new home. Please provide our office staff with a photo of your pet(s).
Additional security deposit $500 for first pet and $250 for the secound, monthly pet rent $35 for pets 1-49lbs and $50 for pets 50lbs and above, a written signed consent form, veterinarian statement, an appointment with our office team to meet your pet prior to moving in and registration may be required prior to moving your pet into the community.
