Management doesn't give your packages until almost 2 weeks later
They "MISTAKENLY" didnt charge us the whole rent for a couple months and made us pay it ALL BACK INCLUDING THE FULL RENT DURING COVID!!! It almost drained us financially and all they had to say was "oops sorry". The new renovations LOOK nice but nothing is screwed in all the way or done correctly so almost everything keeps on falling apart and i have to repair it myself. Im beyond upset because now our rent is going up for our little studio. The big pool has been under construction for almost 2 years already. They keep taking our

It's be almost been 2 years, and even me and my brother are agreeing that moving to Kensington was the Right Choice. It's been a nice change of scenery here, especially after they removed some Trees a little while back.

I recently moved and I am impressed. The neighbors are great. Staff has been helpful in every aspect, shout out to Jackie, A+ in every encounter. Quiet area with little traffic.

Pros: Good central location, nice surrounding neighborhood outside the apartment complex, maintenance people that are super helpful and responsive
Cons:
- Lease agreement sign by us and property management (also on their website) says that this is a non-smoker community. In actuality it is not at all. When management was being notified about this, they pretend they weren't aware this is on their website and on the lease agreement.
- Very thin walls so you can hear very easily from your nextdoor neighbors' loud music, fightings and yelling.
- Security has to be called at least 2x to act of your

So far it has been great. I have loved the quietness and the beautiful scenery. They are very pet friendly. I definitely would recommend to others. The grounds are always. Looking great. Staff is also friendly and work hard to please their residents.
