What vision do you have for your physical body and what it wants to accomplish in this life of yours? Let's get you there. We are currently not billing for insurance massage but can happily provide you with a receipt you can submit to your insurance. Every body has its own art, no one instruction manual.

I often find that massage therapists do not use enough pressure, but those who do deep work can be too intense. Katy has a very nice balance of good pressure that doesn't become too intense-she checks in regularly to see if you want more or less, but she seems to get it just right intuitively. Her office is comfortable and the whole experience is wonderful and healing.
