One of my favorite places to Go for food and drinks in Thorton park. The drag brunch is my favorite and I would even argue that it’s the best drag brunch I’ve ever been to in the orlando area. Not only do the customers get involved but people driving on the street and people passing by. The frozen swirl drink is always delicious as well.

This is my go-to place to unwind after a long week of stressful work! From the awesome staff to the delicious food, you can't beat Island Time. Devon masterfully crafts the most amazing dishes and paired with a spectacular beer, you'll be in heaven!
This is one of the few places I'd recommend trying anything (and everything) on the menu, you won't be disappointed!

If you're looking for a nice chill night to catch up with loved ones look no further than Island Time! The vibes are great with the ambiance of the outdoor lighting and the food just enhances it! I got the Carribean pasta with the coconut milk (they looking out for my lactose intolerant brothers and sisters I see you!) and it was suuper tasty with the frozen lemonade that got me a nice little buzz. This is the ultimate feel-good spot. Can't wait to hit it up again!

I went on a Sunday with my friend from Detroit. We absolutely enjoyed our meals. We sat outside in a much shaded area facing Washington St. We did not wait long on our drinks or meal. The shrimp and grits had the right amount of spiciness. Ms Detroit gave them a rating of seven, however I noticed she CLEANED her plate. I give my meal a ten. The potatoes where very well seasoned. The gravy for the biscuits was so tasty, you can eat by itself in a bowl. To top off my review, I must add the friendly staff. Tyson and Stephanie are great. I will be returning to this spot.

This place is cute and it has real potential! I've been to three of their drag brunches. Sadly, they are not yet equipped for large holiday events. I went for Easter and the food was sorely lackluster compared to other times. They clearly did not have enough serving staff and the stress on the waiters showed. Our waitress had a real attitude. I've had her before and she was lovely, but for my friends who had not yet been, this was a BAD experience. Do not ask her about the juice options!! The management should have capped the number of patrons, but money was clearly the goal on Easter

I'm so glad this place is open during COVID and taking great measures to make sure they provide the same excellent service. It was my first time here at Island Time but it won't be my last. We came out for Drag Brunch and we did reservations in advance, Tyson quickly greeted us and began to provide the utmost perfect service I've ever recieved. From beginning to end he was there when we needed him! I got the Shrimp and Grits and might be the best one I've gotten. My wife got the French Toast and it was good but had more of a Banana Bread texture to it. My meatless friends got

The atmosphere here is great, and their Drag Brunch is far from a drag. We had a blast, and we were laughing and enjoying ourselves the whole time.
After being seated at our reserved table, we got a complimentary mimosa to set the tone for our Sunday Funday. And we're not special, by the way... every guest gets a free mimosa!
Their menu is limited, which is the only reason we gave it 4 stars, but they make the best with the small kitchen that they have.
We had the baked French Toast, Deviled Eggs, and Shrimp and Grits. We don't really care for grits, but that dish was our favorite

Came here for a work thing and was hungry so I got something to go. I also enjoy supporting local businesses as well and love my job for being able to do this. I was torn between the Steak and Eggs and the Southern Benedict, the guy working said the Steak & Eggs was a customer favorite, so I went with that and boy am I glad I did! This was the best steak I have had in a long time, it was so flavorful and I loved the seasonings on it, it was also perfectly cooked. I normally am not a fan of over easy eggs and would have asked for scrambled, but I'm glad I didn't because these were

This little Thornton Park Island getaway is a must visit! Stop in for a drink or dive into their awesome brunch menu. Easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of downtown Orlando.. slow it down and give this place a try. The new owners and food options are on point! My wife says the frozen rosè or Frozè is worth the stop alone.

First time here. While my dryer is out, I was doing laundry at Thornton Park Laundromat. Dexter's across the street was closed due to Dorian, so I walked down the street to find Island Time. What a chill little place in the heart of Thornton Park.
Small seating areas, indoor and out. Reggae playing quietly in the background. A cozy little bar. Serving an eclectic mix of wines, beers and wine concoctions. The menu had just been rolled out three weeks prior, largely tapas style. I chose the pork mojo slider, the salmon BLT slider and the Cuban style meatballs (with raisins!). All absolutely

I've been here a handful of times for drinks. Very laid back atmosphere with friendly staff. Today I came for brunch for the first time. We actually originally intended to stop in for drinks while waiting for our reservation at another place to open up, but when we realized they had food too, we decided to stay. Stephanie was very nice and attentive. I got the shrimp and grits, and my friend got the crab stack. My dish was pretty good. Beautiful presentation, flavorful. A good portion of big shrimp in a creole style sauce and cheesy grits. Fresh, quality dishes with friendly people

So we attended Sunday brunch...
Highly recommend the Shrimp & Grits... amazingly full of flavor and great texture. The crab stack was full of color and over the top with flavor. Our third dish was the grain bowl... our only complaint was it was served on a plate, but omg such amazing flavors!
Our server Jesse was very attentive and our glasses never went empty... always a good thing!
Highly recommend for anyone looking for something unique and original to the downtown district!

After a nice stroll around the lake Eola area during a warm weekend afternoon, we stumbled upon this place. It was a nice refreshing stop. We had the pleasure of being served by the owner herself. A very friendly woman who was very willing to let us know what she had to offer.
She provides many selections of craft beers, cocktails, and nonalcoholic beverages. It's located in a very adorable house style building which I'm sure at one point used to be someone's home. The inside is relatively small with a bar in immediate view the moment you walk in. There's a Foos ball table
