I rarely write reviews, and almost NEVER negative ones, but I had a truly awful experience at O'Neal Animal Hospital. I brought my dog there for the first time, and both the vet and vet tech could seem to care less about my dog's comfort and well being. They forcefully held him down on the table while he cried in discomfort, and the vet actually SMACKED his nose at one point while he was whimpering.

I regret not saying something at the time, but I was just in shock at how roughly they were treating him. He was nervous at the vet before, and is truly terrified now. We went to a different, much kinder
