Our instructors hold professional certifications in areas such as Pole Fitness, Group Fitness Instruction, and Personal Training.

Get unlimited access to any Beginner or All Level group class for a week for the price of two classes. These sessions are for pole students who desire more attention than a group provides or for those who might feel a little uncomfortable about the group setting. Students can either come prepared with a list of desired moves or a curriculum can be provided by the instructor.
