Lived here for a year and had a great experience as a first-time apartment goer. The apartment had everything I needed, maintenance was speedy when my dishwasher started to get a little loud, and the property manager was helpful during the whole application process and during my stay. I would recommend Meadowbrook.

My experience was a disaster...here is a tip for potential renters looking into Meadowbrook or any doneff properties. Make sure you have no previous evictions and above average credit score. They will take your $20 apllication fee and deny you the rental. I make $25hr. My wife $15hr. $40 a hr combined apparently is not satisfactory enough with below average credit and one eviction when i was a young 20 something. I was appauled that teens live in these apts making minimum wage, destroy the apt, and party almost constantly. Instead of mature 40 something's who are well mannerd, clean and courteous

I lived there for two years, I could not possibly recommend this place to anyone I care about. First I called about my garbage disposal leaking and an ant problem i was having in my bathroom. I was told the garbage disposal was on its way out and they leak when they are wearing out, but they wouldnt replace it until it completely died, and as far as the ants go they said there was nothing they could do. Then my girlfriend moved in with me and we decided we wanted a dog, so we moved apartment...my god what a nightmare, first the people that were above us kept throwing their old produce out the back
