There was a misunderstanding at first. Compelelty a fault on my end, I was not Considerate or understanding but Gene still showed me kindness and understanding when he had every right not to. Best place I've rented, great apartments especially for the price and the best management you could ask for. Neighbors are generally nice and buildings are secure. Right next to a gas station which is convenient and in a peaceful area great for walking or biking.

Gene is the greatest apartment manager you’ll ever have. I’ve rented from probably 8 places and he was the best. Facility could use a few updates or at the very least allow dogs under 50 lbs. without doing updates. SOME of the neighbors were kinda weird but any issues and Gene would handle it immediately.
When you rent cheaper places you have to take into account the facility and who you’re living by.
