Strong Sport partners with you to develop your athlete with traits, skills, & character to last a lifetime. I checked out Strong a few weeks ago and finally joined last week. I've dropped in to quite a few different gyms in the 8+ years of doing CrossFit, and the staff here are great! Fantastic coaching, extremely friendly and helpful and passionate above all else!
I would highly recommend it! Today was my first day back to CrossFit Strong in over two months and I feel great. All the precautions that the staff has put in place are evident. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my workout. As always, the coaches showed the utmost care and concern for us.

Enhance your party experience with our Strong themed party favor bags! Each bag contains your choice of a foldable Lion Frisbee, Ninja Key Chain, or a Magnetic Spinner. Your party favor bag will also be filled with fun trinkets and candy along with whichever item you choose! Your host will help you through your entire 2 hour party with everything from set up, checking in your guest, cutting cake, and clean up.

Strong Fitness & Fun offers a climate-controlled fitness park with a wide variety of obstacles to suit every age and skill level, from toddlers to adults!. Obstacles include five sizes of Warped Walls, Salmon Ladder, Spider Wall, Body Prop, Quintuple Steps, trapeze, and much more. Our toddler area has plenty of age-appropriate obstacles and games to entertain for hours!

Our team can do this in small group Platinum Class, online, or 1 on 1 through nutrition, life, and fitness coaching. Platinum Classes allows you a defined group to have your own class and pursue your own goals. Each class will have a max of 6 participants meeting at the same time with the same coach upto 3x per week.

Our coaches meet your athlete where they are and supports them to push their limits in a safe & fun environment. A parent can now train for FREE in one of our open gym areas, if your child is participating in a Youth Class OR.
