My cat had a cut which had gotten infected. I called a couple places. Couldn't get in today so I made a future appt. But called Aspen Clinic..They were able to squeeze me in.They even took the time to cancel my appt that I had made with another vet clinic.. We were in and out within 30 minutes after our arrival. The doctor and staff were very professional, caring and provided the best customer!!!! And for an affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!..Thank you Aspen Clinic.

For years, each time I get an unwelcoming attitude especially on the phone. They don't need or want your business. A bit pricey as well. I gave them multiple chances thinking someone was just having a bad day or new staff might be there now but the owner must not care about who they hire. Done giving grace, chances and my money to this place.

We have had nothing but excellent experiences at Austin Bluffs Animal Clinic. They served our elderly dog so well until we had to say goodbye to her. Now we have a new dog whom they have also treated with the same level of care and kindness. You can tell the staff truly love their patients and go above and beyond to make sure they are well cared for.
