For the life of us, we couldn't find any massages anywhere not even our hotel but we wanted to relax so we found this place. We did a 90 minute couple massage and it was great. We basically just relaxed after and needed one during our trip. You have to call to make an appointment and they come only by appointment. The price is reasonable compared to other places we found.

I had the pleasure of being massaged by Yukiko. WOW!!! I had the 60 minute full body, deep tissue, shiatsu massage. Compared to other masseuses, she would work my knots out until they went away, then followed it up with a good stretch. Others would just go through their normal routine and not really focus on my tense speed. She had really strong hands and it felt great. I came across this hidden gem by looking outside my window from the Shoreline Hotel. I was really sceptic, but after reading the reviews and the proximity from my hotel, I gave it a try. Just awful! There's a reason they don't post a lot of the inside, rather have people taking photos at the front door. Staff was rude and manipulative. Setting was overcrowded and unprofessional. Seems like they charge tourists more than the local rate which is bad business practice. Avoid and pay a little more for better service and a real spa atmosphere!

A complete and utter disgrace upon entrance. As my husband and I entered the building, the elevator was janky and not up to par. We wondered if we'd make it. After reaching the 6th floor, the elevator doors opened and there was a piece of paper inside of a report cover sleeve, serving as signage (ugly). Although I am not feeling this entire situation, I am being a good sport because maybe they have a good thing going on-- don't want to judge a book by its cover too quickly.

I went with my mom to get 75 min massages. We had to move our appointment time, and the owner was very accommodating. It was a little difficult to find the place, but thankfully they gave us directions over the phone. You can also see the sign on the 6th floor from the street!
I had Maki as my masseuse and my mom had Mariko. I got a lomi lomi massage while my mom got a custom lomi lomi / deep tissue massage. It was heavenly! Highly professional shiatsu, but at about half the price of what you'd pay at a fancy spa in one of the big hotels.
Look, you're in a big room with about 8 massage tables, each table surrounded by lots of privacy screens. That didn't bother us at all - it was immaculate, professional, and the massages were on point. We weren't there to have someone tell us we were fancy, we were there to get a damn good massage and we sure did.

Made a reservation on the phone and was able to get an appointment for a couples massage with about an hour of notice. Affordable at $190 including tax and tip for a 1 hour couples massage.
The location is in an older building and is a no frills massage. We got the shiatsu massage and there were a few interruptions as other customers called or came in. We got a little more time added on to compensate for the interruptions but I was not very comfortable having my massage therapist leave unexpectedly a few times.

This place is what you would call a diamond in a rough!! The ladies are so talented! Not to mention super nice! The building is a little old and ran down, but once you get there you are greeted by the most wonderful people. They really listen to what you want and check on you to make sure you are enjoying your experience. Definitely going to be coming back when I visit Waikiki again.

Found Passion massage and based on their reviews and photos (confirming this place was on the up and up) I scheduled an hour massage.
Although my appointment was at the end of their day she did not make me feel that way. Great massage and provided medium pressure since deep tissue was extra that I didn't have cash for. Overall I was completely happy with the service and will visit again on my next business trip to Oahu.

Deep tissue massage with Fume and Miyako--yesssss. My person was Fume (like FOO-may / Fume Blanc). She was great. She made sure that I wanted oil before slathering me with it and checked in several times to ensure that the pressure was good. She applied more where I needed it. The 60 minute massage with the full sixty minutes without the time to undress or anything else subtracted.
I would totally come here again. Three table/beds for massage separated out by curtains. They'll let you use the bathroom.
