With focus on the therapeutic and cultural techniques of Lomi Lomi and other modalities to assist in wellness, prevention, performance, recovery pre/post surgery and other varied concerns.
On my recent visit to Hawaii, I received a massage from Liz. Simply put, she is great! I'm a martial artist, from which I tend to be very tight and sore due to rigorous training, as well as a sales professional, from which I have my fair share of tension from stress. Liz gave me a sports massage and knew exactly how to loosen up the trouble spots as well as relieve the tension, and I felt very relaxed, calm and balanced afterwards.
