I booked a 90 minute massage and was told when I checked in that it’s a 60 minute massage.
I was called the night before to confirm my 90 minute massage. How within 24 hours something changed is beyond me.
This is my second time giving this facility a chance.
If you like dry scalp massages, lotion that smells like plastic, rude front staff, and massages with no consistency.. this is the place for you!

Facility, front desk, and masseuse were nice enough. However, I booked a therapeutic massage for 80 minutes and the masseuse spent maybe 5-10 minutes working on that area. I know everything is connected and to relieve discomfort in one area you sometimes need to address another area, but I’ve had enough therapeutic massages to know she did not do what was requested. Additionally, the next day I woke up with so much neck and back pain that I can not bend over, look down, or turn my head side to side. Again, I know some muscle soreness is common, but I would put this at level 8-9 pain that is still
