Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You are more than welcome to arrive earlier and take advantage of our Relaxation Lounge as well as our Garden Oasis. Please note, if you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.
