They do not value you as a customer! I went in for a rabies shot. Normally i would have the nails trimmed, too. They said they were not doing that due to Covid. I dont understand why. Anyway, I assumed the same was true for the mandatory 'brief exam' costing $40. When the doctor walked in, gave Elmo his shot and walked out, i figured i was right. They charged me $75. I asked for my receipt to see why. They said they would need to go to another room for that, like it was inconvenient. I said it was fine and waited. She came back saying she couldn't print one and could it be emailed. I explained
