Available nationally, Fitcasa Fitness uses your gym, fitness studio, or select amenity areas to provide onsite fitness programming to your residents. Nutrition, Balance/Fall Prevention, Stretch Instruction, and Fitness Equipment Basics are great workshops to add to your community's activity program.

Toanne's Wednesday evening yoga class at our apartment complex has been a great help to us since I started in early 2019. She is very patient and gentle with the beginners, and also does some more strenuous poses for the more advanced and stronger students.
Consistently attending her classes has definitely improved my flexibility and eased the occasional sore muscles and joint.

San Montego Apartment homes, Managed by Pinnacle brought on Fitcasa to do our resident event this past weekend. We where to have the party outside but due to the rain the staff was accommodating and was able to move indoors. Everybody who worked the resident event was very nice From the Dj, the food, and setting up. I have had nothing but positive reviews from my resident letting us know how they thoroughly enjoyed it. 100% percent recommend!

Akilah has been fantastic in running the boot camp classes within our community. The workouts are fun, and she doesn’t hesitate to change some of the workouts to suit the needs of the participants. I’ve really enjoyed these sessions and found them to be a good way to start the gym week!

Akilah is a GREAT trainer!!! she knows her work and she knows what my body needs to worked on. She constantly remind me of why I'm working hard and that's make me more motivated! I totally enjoy to have her as my trainer!

The Red wine shine event was such a great turn out! The residents really enjoyed themselves. The grilled chicken flat bread was deliciously paired with a wonderful selection of red wines. Thank you again Fitcasa for another successful event!

I have had the pleasure of using FitCasa for community events for the past 5 years! Chris is always so professional and easy going. His staff is always wonderful to work with and the events they host are always top notch. They recently helped coordinate a holiday event including a DJ and a photo booth (both were excellent!). The price for their service is always fair and affordable. I highly recommend using FitCasa for your next corporate or personal event planning.

This review is for SHANNON, who works for this company and was working at an event at Sorrell apartments in Katy. She carries a rude and disrespectful demeanor, her customer service is horrific, and she exhibits a racist attitude towards hispanics, while working, because not only did my father and I experience this yesterday, but my neighbors did tothe last time she came for an event couple months back. If you aren’t happy with your job then DON’T come to work!!! I hope I never see you, SHANNON, come and cater in MY community in the future!

Recently attended an event hosted by Fitcasa it was totally disorganized, and there was nothing “Fit” about it. At first I thought it was hosted by the cable company as the cable sales person was hitting everyone up for a subscription but then I saw the Fitcasa staff scrambling around as if they had planned the event 15 minutes prior. After the event I spoke with the folks that hired them and they too were unimpressed with the situation.

VENDORS BEWARE! We were invited by Emily to provide photo booth service from 5-7 pm in San Antonio at a local apartment complex. As a courtesy, we setup 2-5 hours prior to start-time to ensure a smooth and professional process. Upon my arrival, there was confusion between the FitCasa crew and apartment complex staff. The agreed location where Emily had instructed us had changed from indoor to outdoor with no access to power (eventually corrected by apartment complex). In addition to all the confusion, we had NOT been paid our balance. Our contract states the "remaining balance" is due 10 days prior
