Services
Acupuncture
Our certified veterinary acupuncturist uses traditional Chinese medicine techniques to treat chronic pain, arthritis, and neurological conditions. This non-invasive treatment stimulates energy flow and promotes natural healing through strategically placed needles. Patients typically experience improved mobility and reduced inflammation after multiple sessions.
Cardiology
We diagnose and manage heart conditions using digital radiology and ultrasound imaging. Our team specializes in treating breed-specific cardiac issues and provides preventative care through regular wellness exams. Treatment plans may include medication management and lifestyle modifications to improve cardiovascular health.
Cat Neutering
Our spay/neuter services for cats include pre-surgical exams, safe anesthesia protocols, and comprehensive post-operative care. We perform these procedures to prevent overpopulation, reduce health risks, and improve behavioral issues. Recovery support includes pain management and follow-up consultations.
Laser Therapy
This non-invasive treatment uses focused light energy to reduce inflammation and accelerate healing. We employ laser therapy for post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and soft tissue injuries. Most sessions last 15 minutes and show measurable improvement after 3-5 treatments.
Emergency Care
We provide immediate care for critical conditions during business hours and coordinate with 24/7 emergency partners after hours. Our team handles trauma cases, poisoning, and acute illnesses with rapid diagnostic testing and stabilization procedures. Emergency services include after-hours triage coordination.

I had previously left a 1 star review for this place because I felt they did some things that weren't right and ticked me off. Since that time I have seen what Jacksonville had to offer for veterinary care and realized they are still probably the best to go to in comparison.

I used to love going to this vet office, but my usual vet is not longer there. My dog was having internal bleeding and not holding anything down. I was extremely freaked out and rushed him to San Juan, since my vet wasn't there anymore I had to see someone different Dr. O'Keefe and he was terrible. He just rushed us out the door because it was close to closing time. He did the bare minimum and sent us on our way with a fat bill. I will never be taking my animals here again. The lack of care or concern for me and my pup was unreal.

Over charged a senior couple by twice what the cost should have been! They lost our business and I do not recommend them to any one! If they are willing to this to a senior couple then they will have no problem doing it you!

Dr. Bennett is the BEST hands down! When my sweet Toby had to be put to sleep Dr. Bennett handled the situation wonderfully and exceeded my expectations. The staff at this hospital is wonderful! My parents took our animals there when I was a kid and I have continued in my grown up life.

Took our cat here because the longer car ride to our old vet in our old neighborhood is a little much for her. This office was so very kind and understanding. We know our sweet lady is declining and the doctor was super respectful in discussing treatment options. She ended up having treatment overnight and the staff called us to let us know how she was doing. No dramatics (a pet peeve of mine with some vets - pun intended) just kind frankness.
