Gambini Law
Are you, your family member, or an employee interested in living or working in The United States? At Gambini Law, we have been providing client-tailored representation. Naturalization is a final step in becoming a United States citizen. We help you to understand complicated eligibility requirements and guide you all the way through this process.

If you desire to start your business in The United States, we are here to help individual and corporate clients. We are representing those who are seeking a safe haven from persecution in their home countries through asylum. If you wish to enter the US only for a temporary period of time, a nonimmigrant visa will allow you to travel for work, school, a conference, or to visit friends and family.

About
Report
I am an attorney admitted to practice law in the United States and Russia. A proven business partner and leader. I have a strong combination of ten years of legal education in civil and common law systems with significant experience as a small business owner, a midsized enterprise executive, and as in-house counsel for a nationwide organization.
Adjustment of Status
Report
The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) permits the lawful change of an individual's immigration status while in the U.S. from temporary (nonimmigrant) to permanent (immigrant) if the individual was inspected and admitted into the United States and meets all the required qualifications for a green card, which officially grants a person lawful permanent residence.
Consular Processing
Report
Once you are the beneficiary of an approved immigrant petition and an immigrant visa number is immediately available to you, there are two ways to apply for lawful permanent resident status (a Green Card). If you are outside of the United States, you may apply at a U.S. Department of State consulate abroad for an immigrant visa in order to come to the United States and be admitted as a permanent resident.
Naturalization
Report
After years of struggling to immigrate and being a lawful permanent resident, you will finally have the opportunity to obtain the rights of a United States citizen. Below is the list of the questions screening your eligibility for naturalization. If your answer is "Yes" to any of these questions, you should consider consulting an attorney before applying for the US citizenship.
Business Immigration
Report
Business visitor visas are issued to foreign nationals who enter the United States to engage in commercial transactions which do not involve gainful employment at your company. Examples of permitted transactions under B-1 status include negotiating contracts, consulting with business associates or litigation.
