As long as there are no damages and all balances are paid in full at the time of move out. You can terminate if you give a 60 day notice and pay a termination fee equal to 1 month's rent. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? Their review is titled Great Living for Affordable Price, and they said, Loved staying in these apartments, very friendly staff always willing to help. I never had an issue with my maintenance being fixed in a timely manner, the maintenance guys are friendly.
