Want to live in a newly renovated apartment in downtown, walkable to everything but think you can't afford it? Think again. The Mansion House is Tulsa's best kept secret. Sure, you might be able to find a studio, 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in downtown that doesn't break the bank, but does it include covered parking?
Does it have an outdoor, resort style pool with TVs, outdoor kitchen and fire pit? Does your rent include a state-of-the-art 6,000 square foot workout facility with yoga, spin and group fitness classes? Probably not. It probably also doesn't come with a huge balcony overlooking the downtown Tulsa skyline or the Arkansas River either.
