Beyond Properties took such great care of me and my husband's selling and buying needs. They sold our house and ensured we found a new home in our budget that we loved! They walked us through the whole process, they took our late night calls, our constant emails and texts and responded professionally and respectfully. They have a whole team that flawlessly executes each aspect of selling and purchasing a property. They communicated well, always kept us updated. I felt this company truly has our best interest and we will be using their services in the future!

Erica was terrific! She made great suggestions in staging the house and the pictures were fantastic. She had drummed up interest in the property and we had multiple showings on the first day. This led to a full price, 1st day offer which really reduced the amount of stress I had about selling my home. Erica guided me through the attorney and inspection review period and helped make sure the closing took place in a timely fashion, She is an exceptional professional and I would highly recommend her.
